Which of the six do we actually need?
Usually two or three, not six. The dental group above runs a Management Reporter and a Reconciler, and gets 25 to 35 hours a month back. We scope the job first and tell you which ones it needs.
What does a build cost?
$2,500 to $5,000 for a Wurqur built on the systems you already run, paid once. A Management Reporter at the volumes above saves $1,512 a month, so it clears its own cost inside four.
Do we have to replace our BI tool?
No, and if every figure already lands in one warehouse that Power BI or Tableau reads, keep the dashboard and skip us. They are cheaper and they draw it well. These six exist because the pack is assembled from a finance system, a CRM, an operational database and a folder of spreadsheets that disagree with each other, and a dashboard drawn over four sources publishes the disagreement faster.
What happens to the things it cannot decide?
They go to a person, by a rule you agree before anything is built. A Management Reporter escalates any figure failing reconciliation, before anyone sees a wrong report. A Reconciler escalates every unmatched item, grouped by likely cause.
How long before it is doing real work?
Four weeks for the two Wurqurs above: three weeks building, testing against past reports and deploying, then one week shadow-running the pack beside the old way. The pack runs weekly, so we stayed in touch for a few weeks after to check each run.
