Reading a form and filing it is one job. Reading it, checking it against three systems and working out who signs it off is another.

One invoice layout is quick. Eleven suppliers with eleven layouts, three of which change every quarter, is the real work.

A documented system with an API is the cheap case, and most of what you run is one. We connect what is there first.

A system with no API gets built against. So does a process that still lives in somebody's head.
When nothing may leave your building.
Every Wurqur already runs inside your own cloud account. When the rule goes further than that, and no outside service may touch the data at all, we build those pieces ourselves. That costs more than the range above, and we tell you the number before you commit.
It is also the job Glean and the per-seat tools cannot take at any price, which is the reason it exists.
Two ways to pay.
Half and half
50% on signing, 50% on delivery.
Ten months
Spread it over ten monthly instalments at 125% of the quote. The first at signing, then every 30 days.
The second is there because a build is a capital decision, and plenty of companies have nowhere to put one.

How long does it take?
Four to seven weeks of work across the eight builds we have run, two or three Wurqurs each. Building, deploying, then shadow-running on your own real cases with the old way still running, and the fixes that come out of it. Every figure we quote is working time.
What do we own at the end?
All of it. The source, the documentation and the runbooks, handed over at the end of the build. It runs inside your own cloud account, so the monthly cost is your infrastructure bill rather than a fee to us. Stop paying us and nothing switches off.
What if we already have the tool?
Keep it. Most of what we build runs on top of software you already pay for, and connecting to it is cheaper than replacing it. Where one product covers the whole job, buying it beats building. Below roughly 500 invoices a month with standard documents, Dext at around $25 is the right answer, and we will say so on the call.
