Two Wurqurs, Document Reader and Exception Handler, read every tender, so the estimators no longer have to.

See howManagement Reporter and Reconciler build the management pack for a 14-practice dental group every Sunday night, and won't let it publish until every figure agrees with the rest.
Dental group · 14 practices · ~120 employees · four systems
The finance manager pulled the same management report together every week: revenue from QuickBooks Online, patient and appointment activity from GoHighLevel, production and collections figures from a practice database, marketing performance from a set of Excel files. Revenue was easy. The rest, new-patient enquiries, booked appointments, cancellations, production, collections, marketing, had to be cleaned and cross-checked by hand across fourteen locations before any of it could go in the pack.
The practices themselves already sent data in a consistent format, so the numbers were rarely wrong at the source. The work was assembling and checking them, every week, sometimes into the weekend.
A report that quietly publishes wrong numbers is worse than no report.
Most of what the finance manager did by hand was already available to them, or already supplied by other people. The work was assembling it into a report, not producing the numbers. Two things stayed theirs regardless: the final review and approval, and any figure that doesn't reconcile, which reaches them as a flag rather than a silent correction.
Management Reporter pulls from every source on schedule, normalises the figures across all fourteen practices, and builds the pack in the format the finance manager already used. Reconciler checks agreement between the sources that ought to match, and won't let a figure through until it does.

What used to cost them roughly $1,740 a month by hand now runs on two Wurqurs for $134/month.
The final review, and any figure that doesn't reconcile. The finance manager checks the report and its sources and adjusts it themselves if something looks off, before it moves forward. If a number from one of the fourteen practices doesn't agree with the rest, they hear about it immediately and go back to that practice directly, since the mismatch is sometimes a simple sending error at their end, not a fault in the report.

Four weeks. Three to build, test against past reports and deploy, one to shadow-run. The pack runs weekly, so we stayed in touch for a few weeks after to check each run, but the engagement itself was four weeks.
The parts of a process that were already documented, run for real, with the exceptions pulled out for a person to see.
