What this page is, and is not
This page states the terms on which this website may be used. It does not govern any engagement. The work itself is governed by a signed statement of work, which sets the scope, the price, the payment schedule and what each side owes the other. Where this page and that document disagree, the statement of work wins.
What you own at the end
What we build for a client is theirs: the code, the documentation, the runbooks. That is what "built once, yours forever" means on this site. The transfer itself is set out in the statement of work for the engagement.
What we do not warrant
A Wurqur escalates whatever it cannot decide. It does not replace judgment, and nothing on this site is a promise of a business outcome or a guarantee that any figure here reproduces inside another organisation. This page is not legal advice.
Using this site
The calculator on this site produces an estimate, not a quote: its numbers move as you change the inputs, to show shape, not to bind a price. Nothing on this site, and nothing the calculator computes, is an offer capable of acceptance. A deal exists once a statement of work is signed, not before.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Wyoming have jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer in the EEA or the UK, you keep the mandatory protections of your own country's law and the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
