Turns an enquiry into a quote from your price book and past jobs, and routes anything non-standard for approval.

Two or three is a normal build. Your volumes and your rates, in the calculator.

What it costs you now.

Mail, forms, WhatsApp and the phone land somewhere different, and it is nobody's job to sort them. The failures are quiet, which is what makes them expensive.

  • Three days, unowned

A request sits because whoever owned it was on leave, and nothing rebalanced the queue.

  • A claim, misread

A complaint reads like routine mail until the second one arrives and it is no longer routine.

  • Last year's price

A quote goes out stale because the enquiry never reached anyone who would have checked.

Questions.

Which of the eight do we actually need?

Usually two or three, not eight. The property manager above runs a Receptionist, a Dispatcher and one Exception Handler from the follow-up family. We scope the job first and tell you which ones it needs.

What does a build cost?

$2,500 to $5,000 for a Wurqur built on the systems you already run, paid once. A Receptionist at the volumes above saves $1,374 a month, so it clears its own cost inside four.

Do we have to replace our helpdesk?

No, and if every enquiry already arrives inside Zendesk, Intercom or Gorgias, buy the helpdesk instead of us. They are cheaper and they work. These eight exist because your intake spans mail, WhatsApp, forms and the phone, across systems the helpdesk does not own, and because per-resolution pricing charges you most for answering more.

What happens to the things it cannot decide?

They go to a person, by a rule you agree before anything is built. A Receptionist escalates anything angry, legal, about money, or outside its rules. A Screener escalates everything borderline and everything it declines.

How long before it is doing real work?

Three Wurqurs took seven weeks: five to develop and deploy, two to shadow-run against your real cases with the old way still running, fix what came up, and mark it done.
