How do we know it read the document correctly?
Every fact it pulls carries a citation back to the page it came from, so checking a tender takes minutes rather than the afternoon it took to read it. Testing runs on documents you have already processed, and you compare what it found against what your people found.
What does a build cost?
$2,500 to $5,000 for a Wurqur built on the systems you already run, paid once. A Document Reader at the volumes above saves $2,250 a month, so it clears its own cost inside three.
Do we have to replace the tool that scans our invoices?
No, and under about 500 invoices a month with standard documents, buy Dext or AutoEntry instead of us. They are cheaper and they work. These eight exist because the same week brings a tender, a lease and a run of subcontractor applications, and an extraction tool hands back fields where you wanted them checked against your playbook.
What happens to the things it cannot decide?
They go to a person, by a rule you agree before anything is built. A Document Reader escalates anything ambiguous, unreadable, or outside your rules. A Contract Reviewer escalates every deviation, ranked. A Redactor escalates anything it is not confident it caught.
How long before it is doing real work?
